You can call me lots of things, but “baker” really isn’t one of them.  Don’t get me wrong; I’m okay at it.  I’m probably a better baker than I am cook, but that isn’t necessarily saying much.  What I can say is that I’m better at it than my roommate is.  I can actually put something in the oven and expect that it will come out the way it’s supposed to.  Well, close at least.

I’ll be honest and say that I pretty much bake everything from a box, but I would bet good money that some of you are fabulous bakers who are able to do things from scratch.  Take cupcakes for example.  Are you able to construct ones that are both delicious and creative? If so, you might consider competing at CupcakeCamp next month.  Go for the titles of Healthiest Cupcake (Cupcakes can be healthy?!), Most Unique Ingredient, Best Kids’ Design, and Best Memphis Theme.
