I don’t know if you have heard of the unbreakable cell phone, but this should be very interesting.  I have an Apple iPhone and wish that my phone was unbreakable, but I am on my second one for that very reason.

At CES 2010 a BBC reporter decided to take the challenge that the Sonim XP1 could be submerged in water for 30 minutes, dropped from a 10 story building, or hit with a hammer and it would still not break.  Like any other human, the cell phone makers company’s bluff was called.  He submerged it in water and it continued to ring, but there was one thing that he did and the phone was destroyed.

See what he did here.  Would you buy the Sonim XP1 even though it can be destroyed?  I would still buy it because it takes a lot to break the cell phone.  But, I love my iPhone for now.
